Maximum performance. Minimal fluid. Zero mess.

Microlube uses Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) technology to deliver precise, high-efficiency lubrication directly to the cutting edge — replacing traditional flood coolant systems with a cleaner, smarter, and more cost-effective solution.

Instead of pumping litres of coolant through your machines, Microlube applies tiny, controlled amounts of neat vegetable-based oil exactly where it’s needed. The result? Less friction, less heat, longer tool life, and a dramatically cleaner working environment.

Key Benefits

✔ Significantly reduces friction and heat
✔ Extends tool life and reduces wear
✔ Improves surface finish
✔ Dry swarf – no coolant washdown
✔ Cleaner machines and workspaces
✔ No coolant mixing, maintenance, or disposal costs
✔ Uses only millilitres per hour – extremely low consumption
✔ Environmentally friendly vegetable-based oil (no chlorine or EP additives)

How it works

A precision applicator unit uses pneumatic control to pump micro-doses of lubricant through a capillary tube. Compressed air then directs the oil onto the tool tip, delivering accurate coverage without creating mist or overspray.

Unlike atomised spray systems, this method applies droplets directly to the cut for maximum effectiveness and minimal waste.

  • Adjustable stroke controls oil volume

  • Pulse timing controls delivery frequency

  • Typical usage: approx. 5ml per nozzle per hour

Just a few teaspoons per hour can replace traditional flood coolant entirely.

Ideal for:

  • Milling

  • Drilling

  • Tapping

  • Sawing

  • Metal cutting & forming

  • Aerospace and precision machining

  • Workshop or production environments

Microlube is particularly effective in applications where flood coolant causes mess, pooling, or chip contamination — helping you maintain cleaner parts, safer floors, and smoother operations.
